Noodles

Our special noodles are made of 2 different types of flour and the charcoal filtered water.
Made with Tough kneading and low temperature successfully makes the tasty, Elasticity, thin noodles.

Condiments

Leeks, ginger, Myoga (Japanese ginger flower), Shredded red pepper and green Shiso leaves add good flavor to the soup.

Soup

The soup is elaborately made from fresh fish of seasons delivered everyday.

All ramen comes with 2 meatballs.
Seafood meatball (made from Shrimp and minced cod) and chicken meatball.
